Judy Zimet is an Arizona attorney and real estate associate broker. Her clients are buyers and sellers who want a trusted real estate agent/advisor with an attorney's knowledge and experience in contract law, estate planning, and real property law. Judy began representing buyers and sellers in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek over ten years ago. Since then, she has closed over 100 transactions. Judy began her career in real estate over twenty years ago. She held real estate licenses in Wyoming and Colorado, and owned a real property forensic company in Montana. When the market turned in 2008, Judy obtained her license to practice Arizona law so that she could be a more effective advocate for her real estate clients. After law school, Judy worked for a personal injury firm in Jackson, Wyoming and a Phoenix estate planning firm before rejoining the residential and commercial sales market. Until recently, she operated a law firm that focused on both transactional real estate and estate planning. After moving her estate planning firm to Morris Hall, PLLC, she now focuses all her energy on real estate. Her knowledge and ability in both real property law and estate planning provide her with great added value. Judy founded Cheerful Heart, Inc., a Montana charity that provides nonmedical assistance to people with cancer, and Dog Is My CoPilot, Inc., a Wyoming charity that flies animals that are at risk of euthanasia to parts of the country where they are in demand for adoption. She supports the international Animal Legal Defense Fund and Arizona-based charities that support animals and the unhoused.
